Is True Cost a library of STL files?
No. True Cost is a management app for your 3D printing business. SoSoul's STL/3MF files and personal or commercial design licenses are sold separately on the SoSoul website.
Do I have to use SoSoul designs?
No. Use True Cost to organize and cost your own products and the designs you are authorized to print. A True Cost subscription does not include rights to any design.
Where do I create my account?
Select Create account to register at app.truecost3d.com. Your account, app access and subscription belong to True Cost; you do not need to buy an STL to use it.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation stops the next renewal. You can keep using the app until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no partial refund for unused time, except where required by law.
